Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of national and international projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Act as the main liaison between project partners, stakeholders, and the internal project team.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate online and face-to-face project meetings, workshops, training activities, and international events.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and risks, ensuring timely execution of project activities.
  • Support Work Package leaders and project partners in implementing assigned tasks and achieving project objectives.
  • Prepare project reports, progress updates, meeting minutes, and supporting documentation required by funding authorities and consortium partners.
  • Coordinate quality assurance and monitoring activities, including the collection of evidence and project performance indicators.
  • Support dissemination, communication, stakeholder engagement, and exploitation activities.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and administrative project management activities.
  • Contribute to partnership management and the identification of future collaboration opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Education, Social Sciences, International Relations, Business, or related fields.
  • Previous experience (at least 3 years) in the implementation or management of European-funded projects (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, Interreg, ESF+, or similar programmes).
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an international environment.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken), other languages is a plus
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration, reporting, and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Erasmus+ projects, particularly Cooperation Partnerships, CoVE initiatives, Skills Alliances, or vocational education and training (VET) projects.
  • Knowledge of project quality assurance, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement processes.
  • Familiarity with microcredentials and their role in supporting lifelong learning, upskilling, and reskilling pathways.
  • Experience working with international partnerships and multicultural teams.
